What is 925 Sterling Silver?

925 represent the 92.5% pure silver that is common as the material in the making of jewellery, however, pure silver is very soft, thus mix it with 7.5% of the other metal, like copper/alloy is necessary to make it more solid. FOMO use sterling silver as the base material as it is the best type of precious metal in terms of quality and durability. 

Can my jewellery tarnish?

Yes. However, you can easily cleaned it with the special solution & the cloth that is available at the market. 925 sterling silver is a precious metal that the more you wear it, the better it looks. To keep your jewellery from tarnishing, avoid direct touch with any chemicals such as perfume, creams or sunscreen. And especially for gold plated jewellery. I have sensitive skin, can I wear the jewellery?

925 Sterling silver is proven to be hypoallergenic and we strongly recommend to choose this jewellery if you have sensitive skin. For Brass material, it reacts differently with each skin. 

Can I take my jewellery to shower/swim?

925 Sterling Silver is best if you wear it more rather than only storing it. However, Please remember that all plated jewellery will fade away after some time. Therefore re-plating is necessary to get the fresh gold colour back.

I DON’T KNOW MY RING SIZE, HOW TO MEASURE MY FINGER?

You can measure it with two methods, using the inner diameter of your existing rings or measure your finger with a string/paper, check how to find your ring size here.

How and where is the jewellery made?

All of our jewellery are handmade our local artisan partners, we have collaborated towards creating art that shows not just creativity, but also Balinese silver craftsmanship that has been in their family for generations. It is made in Bali.

What if my jewellery breaks?

You can send the picture to info@fomobali.com. We will help you repair your jewellery. Cost of repair may required. We have a 14 days warranty. See what the warranty covers here. 

What payment method you accept?

We accept PayPal for international payment & Bank Transfer for Indonesian payment. 

Can I exchange my order?

We accept exchange for the reason of wrong sizes not the change of mind. The exchange is possible within 14 days. Please double check your orders before made one. All the shipping fees are required for the customer.
