1. General


1.1 FOMO Bali terms and conditions are valid to any promotions, products, orders, and shipment of FOMO Bali. You agree to all the terms and conditions once you order the item. Please read this terms and condition carefully before placing any order. Contact us if you have any questions regarding the terms and condition in info@fomobali.com 


2. Agreement & Order

2.1 The agreement required right when you place an order. The order will be processed after the payment has been received. Before then, the product owned by FOMO Bali. 

2.2 You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and the payment has been accepted. 

2.3 FOMO Bali’s products are all handmade, the slight different might occur. Please double check the size and dimension before place an order. 


3. Payment and Payment Methods

3.1 We use PayPal as the secure payment for international order, and Bank Transfers for Indonesian order. 

3.2 It is possible that the price information on our website has an error, and FOMO Bali has full right to cancel your order.

3.3. All prices are excluding VAT & shipping costs. 

3.4 All the payment details (credit card number, expiration date, etc) of the customer are automatically connected via an encrypted and secure system of the payment provider. 


4. Delivery 

4.1 FOMO Bali process shipping order made before 4 PM everyday Indonesian-wide, and up to 3 days for international order. 

4.2 FOMO Bali ship from Bali Indonesia. Indonesian orders will be shipped through JNE. International orders will be shipped through POS Indonesia/ EMS. We will give you the tracking number information right after we have one. 

4.3 The shipment will take 1 to 4 days for Indonesian order, and 4 days to 4 weeks for international orders.

4.4 The case for the wrong delivery address, delivery option and not in the place to receive an order when the courier delivered the package are not the responsibilities of FOMO Bali. 

4.5 After the payment of agreement we will send your order as soon as possible. We always try to deliver your order within the expected time, however, if certain situation delay us to do so, for example, the item is out of stock temporarily or any delays with the courier, we will contact you immediately. 

4.6 All the process right to the delivery is FOMO Bali’s responsibility and the responsibility after the delivery goes to you. 

4.7 Please note all the delivery times mentioned are the expected times. We always try our best for your order to arrive on time. However, in any case that is not according to what you expected, it is not possible to submit a claim. Please consult with our team when you need any special delivery in certain time. 

4.8 All the import taxes are on customers expense. 


5. Returns & Exchanges 

5.1 If FOMO’s item has been damaged during the delivery please return the piece to us, we will replace it. 

5.2 You can return your order within 14 days, and exchange it with different sizes, other products or shopping money with the same price.

5.4 Any item bought on sale can not be returned or exchanged

5.5 The return item is possible when, 

    • Is in the perfect unworn condition, other than the purpose on trying on for it

    • Is in undamaged state

    • Includes the original packaging

FOMO Bali has the right to refuse returned items. 

5.4 We do not accept refund. 

5.5 The return shipment and any costs are the responsibilities of the customers. 

5.6 FOMO Bali has the right to refuse returned items, when it already used, worn, damaged, incomplete. 


6. Warranty 

6.1 FOMO Bali gives the 14 days warranty after the order delivery

6.2 The warranty covers the faulty production faults and defects in materials. Loss, chain breakage, wear and tear, do not cover by the warranty. The wear and tear includes the fading of plated jewellery. 

6.3 The item that is not covered by the warranty will acquire some fees for repair and postage.
